Resignation of Smt. Sharda Rai Subba, vice chairman of West Bengal Khambu Rai has been accepted by Backward Class Welfare Department, Govt of West Bengal on April 26, 2019. She was designated as a Vice Chairman  of Khambu Rai Development Board following the govt. Notification 2775-BCW/6S-01/2016 issued on July 31, 2018.
