General Board Meeting called by the Chairman of West Bengal Khambu Rai Development Board held on June 19, 2019 at the Board Office premises, which was started at 11 am. Board Meeting was presided over by the Chairman Dipraj Rai. Total 15 Board Members were present during the Board Meeting.
Board Meeting has passed the resolution as follows:
• Collections of remaining UC as much as possible.
• Submission of Block wise reports as per government instructions of all the Beneficiaries since inception.
• 90 new Houses for Khambu Rai Beneficiaries.
During the General Board Meeting, unanimously passed the 90 new houses for the Khambu Rai beneficiaries instead of Home-Stay, as it was suggested earlier by the government. However, due to lack of proper guidelines for the Home-stay and under the consultation with Board Member Secretary, it was decided to issue Khambu Khim instead of Home-stay.
